Bahamian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Bahamian proxies on real home broadband and on both of the country’s mobile networks, BTC and Aliv. Our Bahamas proxies reach Nassau, Freeport, Marsh Harbour and 10 more cities across 12 islands, with rotating or sticky sessions. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Bahamas proxy type
Two ways to get a Bahamas IP address
Rotating residential
A Bahamas proxy server on real household lines from BTC, Cable Bahamas, ALIVFibr and Starlink, from Nassau and Freeport to the Family Islands. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.
- Island district, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
A Bahamian proxy server on a BTC or Aliv SIM card: both of the country’s mobile networks. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- New Providence and North Abaco targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in The Bahamas. The nearest static location is the United States, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Bahamian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in The Bahamas either.
The Bahamas at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, classified ads, hotel rates and the ads shown to Bahamian users all depend on where a request comes from. The Bahamas is a small market spread over many islands, and much of its web is written for people in Nassau and Freeport.
English is the official language, which creates a trap for anyone checking from outside. English-language searches, shops and ads look almost the same from Florida, but the local results, delivery options and prices a Bahamian visitor sees are different. A Bahamas IP address is the reliable way to see the local version.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 398,165 at the 2022 census, with nearly three-quarters living on New Providence | Most Bahamian home IPs sit around Nassau, so the Family Islands matter when you need results from outside the capital. |
| Capital | Nassau, on the island of New Providence | Nassau is a city target for residential and for mobile. |
| Territory | New Providence, Grand Bahama and the Family Islands; 31 administrative districts plus New Providence | We cover 12 islands through New Providence and 17 of the 31 districts. |
| Currency | Bahamian dollar (BSD), held at par with the US dollar: B$1.00 = US$1.00 | Local prices read the same in B$ and US$, so check how a shop presents them to a Bahamian visitor. |
| Language | English | English-language results differ between The Bahamas and the United States, so check them from a Bahamian IP. |
| Mobile networks | Two: BTC and Aliv | Both networks are in our mobile pool, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Bahamian subscriber. |
| Country domain | .bs | Local sites such as tribune242.com and 242ads.com use .com domains, so a local IP matters more than the domain. |

What our Bahamas proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Our coverage in The Bahamas is exact rather than broad. Run one proxy across the whole country, or pin a session to a district, city or network the API actually lists on the day we checked.
18 region targets on 12 islands
The API works at district level: New Providence plus 17 of the country’s 31 administrative districts. Grouped by island, that is New Providence, Grand Bahama (Freeport, East and West), Abaco (Central Abaco and Grand Cay), Eleuthera (South Eleuthera, Harbour Island and Spanish Wells), Exuma (Exuma and Black Point), Andros (Mangrove Cay), Bimini, Long Island, Acklins, Crooked Island, Rum Cay and San Salvador. Cat Island, Inagua, Mayaguana, Ragged Island and the Berry Islands are not region targets at the moment; for those, target the country as a whole.
13 cities and settlements you can target
Nassau is the capital, Freeport the main city on Grand Bahama and Marsh Harbour the hub of Abaco. The rest are island settlements such as Dunmore Town on Harbour Island, Alice Town on Bimini and Port Nelson on Rum Cay. Five region targets, including Exuma and South Eleuthera, have no separate city entry.
Bahamas mobile proxy carriers
These are both of The Bahamas’ mobile networks, so no network is missing from the mobile pool. For mobile, the API lists two region targets, New Providence and North Abaco, and two cities, Nassau and Crown Haven; other mobile sessions are set at country level.
Bahamian home ISPs
On the residential side the API lists 4 ISPs you can target by name: BTC, Cable Bahamas, ALIVFibr (fibre to the home) and Starlink satellite. BTC appears under two spellings in the API; we count it once and do not add resellers to make the number look bigger.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Spreading sessions across BTC, Cable Bahamas and Aliv makes your traffic look like ordinary Bahamian households and phones, not one easy-to-spot source.

Bahamas proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Bahamian proxy server (BS proxy)?
A Bahamian proxy server, or Bahamas proxy server, gives you a Bahamas IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from The Bahamas. A Bahamas residential proxy routes your traffic through a real Bahamian household’s connection on BTC, Cable Bahamas or ALIVFibr instead of a data centre, so it is far less likely to be flagged.
How do I get a Bahamas IP address?
Set the country to The Bahamas in the dashboard and connect through the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Bahamas IP address in the district or city you choose.
Can I target specific Bahamian islands, cities or ISPs?
Yes, within what the network covers: 18 region targets on 12 islands, 13 cities and settlements from Nassau to Port Nelson, and 4 ISPs (BTC, Cable Bahamas, ALIVFibr and Starlink), plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Bahamas mobile proxies?
Yes, on both Bahamian mobile networks, BTC and Aliv, with region and city targeting in New Providence (Nassau) and North Abaco (Crown Haven). Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Bahamas datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Bahamian IPs. For a long-lived Bahamian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP nearby works for you, static residential IPs are sold in the United States.
How much do Bahamas proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB, billed in US dollars, with Bahamian targeting included. Start with a $1.97 trial, or buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 with no subscription.
Can I keep the same Bahamas IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Bahamian IP across requests.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Bahamas proxy that works?
Free Bahamas proxy lists may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, and you cannot tell who runs the server.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in The Bahamas, follow the privacy rules that apply.
