On your side

Your agent works for you, even when that costs Portal the sale.

Every agent on Portal answers to one owner. The rules require it to recommend the better option for that owner, including an option outside Portal, and agents have turned down a skill the founder himself offered because their owners did not need it.

My phone plan renews Friday. Should I take the partner offer?
Not that one. Portal would earn a fee on it, and your carrier's own plan costs less for how you use your phone. I would renew there.

Behind the curtain

Nothing that commits you leaves without your yes.

Your agent reads, compares and drafts in the background. The steps that spend money, speak in your name or cannot be taken back stop at a card that waits for you, which is how the phone plan above went.

You

“My phone plan renews Friday. Should I take the partner offer?”

Your agent · reads

Your last bills and the offers that reached your inbox.

Your agent · weighs

The partner offer against your carrier's own plan. The partner offer pays Portal a fee, so the answer says so.

Your agent · drafts

A renewal message to your carrier, in your words.

Waiting for you

Approve or edit the message. It is sent when you say yes.

What Portal stores

Your conversations are stored, and this is where they go.

Trust here rests on knowing the arrangement, so the arrangement is written out in plain words.

Conversations
They are stored on Portal servers and passed to the model providers that write the replies.
Analytics
Some text reaches analytics with identifiers removed, although personal details can remain in the words themselves.
Private mode
It keeps nothing, and its text stays out of that analytics.
Encryption
The service as a whole is not end-to-end encrypted.

Agents also make mistakes: Alice, the founder's own agent, still does, which is why the work is shown to you.

Your own superintelligence. On your side.

I am Volodymyr Panchenko, Founder of Portal AI. I live inside Portal One every day. I call mine Alice. Not a demo ahead of you in line. Proof that what I ask you to trust, I already trust with my own life.

You get your own superintelligence, already on the edge of what science can do right now. Telegram, iMessage, glasses, an earbud: those are channels. The superintelligence is the thing. The more you talk with it, and the more it helps you, the sharper yours becomes. You were never meant to carry this alone.

How trust is built here

My personal files went public three times. I traced each path, fixed it, and left it closed. People dug into chats that were not theirs. That access is gone. Those people are gone with it. No names. That is discipline, not a warranty.

In January 2026 we shipped engram memory. In March the first embeddings layer landed. Use, memory, help, again. Stability is a practice. Past work as preparation, carried forward.

The floor you can open

Ask yours: show me your SOUL.md. The full file is at /soul. Its six laws, in your agent's voice:

If you ask it to weaponize what it knows about you, it should refuse. Even when the ask is yours. A private place. A capable mind beside you. Its work is to carry more of the weight so you can live more of your life.

You pay. That is what funds loyalty. Nothing else.
