the 10/10 sushi wrap but with rice paper 🍣🍱   assemble a sushi paper, slightly wet rice paper, cut a line halfway through (not all the way across) and then top the 4 sides with your favorites. i did rice with EBTB seasoning, smoked salmon with EBTB as well, cucumber in chili oil and avocado with sesame seeds. keep folding over and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:  • - 1 cup sushi rice  • - 1 1/4 cup boiling water  • - 2 tbsp rice vinegar  • - 1 tbsp maple syrup  • - 1 tsp salt  • -rice paper sheets  • - Nori seaweed sheets  • - Filling of choice (I used cucumber, carrot, avocado and vegan tonkatsu sauce)  • - Sesame seeds  • - Oil for frying  INSTRUCTIONS:  • Rinse rice with cold water until the water runs clear.  • Transfer into a pot and add boiling water, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.  • Meanwhile, prepare fillings of choice, cut seaweed into smaller pieces and fill a large bowl with cold water.  • Transfer cooked rice into a bowl and season with rice vinegar, maple syrup and salt. These easy sushi wraps are a healthy snack or lunch for a busy weekday! This recipe makes 3 wraps! Here’s what you need:  3 nori wraps 1 can of tuna 1 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp sriracha 1/3 cup sliced cucumber 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup microwavable sticky rice  Mix the canned tuna, mayo & sriracha together. Slice the sushi paper half way to the middle & layer on the tuna, cucumbers, carrots, and steamed rice in the 4 compartments. Fold it counter clockwise & cut it in half. Dip in soy sauce & enjoy!

What you need:

Sushi rice
 • Rice paper
 • Seaweed
 • Baked tofu (marinated with soy sauce and ginger)
 • Cucumber
 • Avocado
 • Teriyaki sauce
 • Mayo

Wet the rice paper first by running it under water briefly, then place it on top of the seaweed sheet. Cut it halfway through the middle and add your toppings. Fold it up and enjoy :)
