At MyGradStoles, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping details so customers can receive information about how and when their orders will be delivered.

Order Processing
- All products on the website are made to order; hence the production begins only after an order is placed or Po is received.
- Customized products require additional days to be manufactured, packed, and delivered. It is advised that you avail of our 2-day priority printing service in case of rush orders.
- Our standard production time is 5-7 business days, and the production timeline may slightly increase during peak graduation seasons.
For customized products, delivery dates are subject to art approval. If the uploaded image is not up to the printable standard and if artwork revisions are necessary, delivery dates may change. Before we process the order, we will send you an email with the mock-up of the requested customization. Upon approval, we will process the order.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship our products to the United States and We have 3 types of shipping that are available for our customers according to their needs:
Express shipping: 3-5 days
Standard shipping: 6-9 days
Economy shipping: 9-15 days
No change of address will be entertained once the product is shipped. Once we dispatch the package, you will be able to follow it directly on the shipping company website or on our website with your tracking number. We are not liable for any transitional delays that occur due to the incomplete, misspelled, or missing address provided by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, we will update the tracking information on our website. Customers can use this information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
These timeframes may change due to unforeseen circumstances like carrier delays, customs delays, holiday season rush, weather issues or other external factors.
Check & Accept Your Package
We always recommend our customers check the package upon arrival. It is rare yet to provide the best service, so we offer our customers a way to avoid situations like wrong product delivery or damaged product. We try our best not to let any customer go through this situation but there are always unknown situations that may occur at any point in time. Therefore always check your package before accepting it.
If you find any damage after accepting your package then it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. You must file this claim within 48 hours of accepting the package, after which we are not liable for any damaged products. In case, you receive the wrong product, you must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product. To file a claim, you must gather proof like images or videos of unboxing.
