Fernando Martínez es de Albacete, España; se mudó a Puerto Vallarta, México, siendo muy joven, en 2008, terminó allí sus estudios y empezó su carrera en el mundo inmobiliario.

Fernando was fluent in English and very knowledgeable with the area (Nuevo Nayarit) and its properties. The whole visiting properties and final purchase offer was made remotely from Quebec. On arriving for the closing process Fernando accompanied us through the entire process and with all the utilities. Highly recommended.

He went the extra mile to ensure our offer was presented and accepted. The closing went smooth thanks to him. Some documents are only in Spanish and my comprehension is limited. After the closing his job isn’t over, he continues to answer our questions and guide us. You won’t regret it.

Fernando helped us find a condo in La Cruz and pointed us to a capable attorney where our closing was well coordinated and simple. He provided honest feedback on properties he felt are good and ones that might have problems. He has an excellent grasp of English and Spanish which helped us a lot. If we ever decide to buy another place in Mexico, we will definitely include Fernando in the transaction.
