Every AI Pilot runs in two phases. First, Discovery – where we assess your idea technically, legally, and commercially before anything gets built. Then the PoV build – where we deliver a working solution to measure whether it hits your goals in 30 days, compressing months of product risk into a single fixed-budget engagement.

With AI, requirements are rarely fully defined upfront. Clients change direction during Discovery. Better solutions emerge once the team digs in. The FFF model gives you the predictability of a fixed budget and the adaptability of a custom engagement. What gets built by the end of the month actually matches what you need.

Discovery That Goes Deeper Than You'd Expect

Before a line of code is written, we assess:

1. Technical fit – your stack, data infrastructure, and where AI can realistically integrate

2. Legal exposure – regulatory requirements, data ownership, compliance risks

3. Security and compliance – how data moves, where it’s stored, how AI agents behave

4. Business case – your ROI expectations, success criteria, and how results will be measured

5. Use case focus – identifying the single use case most worth validating first

By the time Discovery closes, the team knows exactly what to build, why it makes sense for your business, and how success will be defined.

A Proof of Value - Not a Proof of Concept

A PoC validates technical feasibility. We go further.

At the start of the pilot, we define success criteria with you – the specific business KPIs your solution needs to hit. We then build the working solution and instrument it with analytics that track exactly those metrics: adoption rate, time saved, task completion, or whatever is relevant to your case.

What you receive at the end is a working tool to test with real users and receive data that shows how it performed against the goals we set together.

A Cross-Functional Team, Not One Architect

A typical AI Pilot includes 4-5 people:

1. Project Manager/Product Owner – scope, timeline, communication, roadmap, features prioritisation

2. Solution Lead – technical direction, adapts approach during Discovery

3. AI Developers – PoV development using our AI-powered SDLC practices, who build the working solution within the fixed timeline

5. AI Engineers – design and tune prompts, take foundation models (like Claude, GPT, Gemini) and wire them into applications, whether that’s a chatbot, a document processor, a recommendation engine, or an agentic workflow

6. Domain SMEs – AI-CX Expert, data engineer, legal or security consultant

The team is assembled around your specific case. Specialists are brought in at the stages where their input matters most – so you get the right expertise at the right moment. You’re not billed for hours or headcount, you’re paying for a delivered solution.

A Clear Path Forward After the Pilot

The most common question we hear on pre-sales calls is: what happens next? At the end of every AI Pilot, we deliver an improvement recommendations report and sit down with you to review results together.

From there, you can take up an optional Maintenance and Support Package while you gather more user feedback – or move straight into scoping the next product phase. The architecture for that phase is already defined as part of what we delivered. You’re not starting from scratch.

Our Discovery is much broader than clients expect. We don’t only cover the technical part – we evaluate legal aspects, security, business goals, and ROI. We also validate AI-generated BRDs: does this use case make sense, or should it go in a different direction?
