Surabhi Dewra shared thisOn September 16, some of India's most respected university Directors, Deans, and institution leaders walked into Google Gurugram office for an afternoon that none of us expected to be this powerful. The AI & New Age University Conclave — hosted by Google and guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined . A room full of decision-makers who didn't come to listen — they came to question. To challenge. To reimagine what their campuses look like when agentic AI enters the picture. When jobs change faster than curricula. When a student on WhatsApp can get a career coach, a resume, and a job match before their placement cell even opens for the day. That's what Guidix.ai is here to fix. And after this afternoon, I know we're not alone in believing it needs fixing. Highlight's were → Google's session on building an agentic campus — the future isn't coming, it's here by Aanchal Chopra Nitin G Gupta Aashi Dhawan → The panel on "What Will a University Look Like in 2030?" — the answers surprised even the panelists → The felicitation of New Age University leaders -> And yummy Lunch from Google's Cafetaria ! :) To every delegate who gave us their afternoon — thank you. You didn't just attend an event. You shaped a conversation that Indian higher education needs to have. The Google team and the guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined team are grateful, energised, and already planning what comes next. This was Delhi. More cities coming soon. If you lead a university or institution and want to be part of the next one — DM me or write to surabhi@guidix.ai. #AIinEducation #HigherEducation #AgenticAI #CampusPlacement #GooglexGuidix #NewAgeUniversity #Guidix Ashish Wattal Pramanshu Arya Pranav Bhatia Aditya Sisodia Vinayak Sahu Jai Kashyap Saksham - Vinay Litoria, PhD Mehul Khandhedia Jitin Chawla Jamia Millia Islamia Tarun Gupta Shoolini University Online IITM Janakpuri Rachita Rana Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) Rachit Jain Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee Shveta Raina

Surabhi Dewra shared thisAI took the jobs. Can it place the graduates? That's the question I'll be opening with on 16th September. India graduates about 1.07 crore students a year. Roughly 56% of them are considered employable. The gap isn't talent — it's infrastructure. A student in a Tier-3 college has the same ambition as one at an IIT and almost none of the same career support: no resume review, no mock interviews, no recruiter who's ever visited the campus. AI is the first thing cheap enough to change that arithmetic. If you're going to be there, Google and guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined team is looking to host you . #AI #Employability #HigherEducation #AgenticHigherEducation #Placement #AIinHigherEdu #graduates Aditya Sisodia Aanchal Chopra Nitin G Gupta Pranav Bhatia Vinayak Sahu Jai Kashyap Pramanshu Arya Saksham

Surabhi Dewra shared this"How to Build an Agentic Campus in the AI Era" — the Google session on 16th September by Nitin G Gupta Aanchal Chopra Aashi Dhawan . This is one session am looking forward the most. We've spent three years asking what AI does to one student's assignment. The more interesting question is what it does to the institution. A campus runs on thousands of small acts of attention that nobody has time for. Noticing a student who has stopped attending. Rewriting an explanation a second way for someone who didn't get it the first time. Matching a curriculum against what industry actually needs this year, not five years ago. Tracking accreditation evidence across departments. Answering the same question for the four hundredth time at 11pm, kindly. None of that is exotic work. It's just work that has always exceeded the number of people available to do it. That's the real constraint on Indian higher education — not ambition, not intelligence, not policy. Attention per student. An agentic campus is what you get when that constraint lifts. Not chatbots on a website. Systems that carry the load, so faculty spend their hours on the part that actually needs a human: judgment, mentorship, the conversation that changes someone's mind about what they're capable of. 4.33 crore students. 45,000+ colleges. This is the only math that works. If you are a college or university and you have not received your invite then do ping me as Google and guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined we are eager to host you. #AgenticAI #HigherEducation #FutureOfLearning Ashish Wattal Aditya Sisodia Pranav Bhatia Jai Kashyap Saksham - Vinayak Sahu Pramanshu Arya

Surabhi Dewra shared thisI've spent years in the education space — working with career counsellors, educators, and leaders in the higher secondary ecosystem. We've worked with colleges too, but always on the admissions side. This is a first for us. For the first time, we're filling a room with Directors, Deans, and university decision-makers — the people who decide what happens after the classroom. Not admissions. Not enrollment. Placements. Careers. The part that decides if a degree was worth it. And the question on the table is one every institution needs to answer: How does agentic AI change your campus? How do jobs change when AI can write code, draft contracts, and analyse data faster than your graduates? What does a placement cell even look like when AI can match students to jobs, build their resumes, run mock interviews, and coach them — all on WhatsApp? We at guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined hosting this at Google's Gurugram office, alongside the Google team . The AI & New Age University Conclave — 16 September 2026. Some of India's most respected institution leaders have already confirmed . The room is coming together and I'm thrilled by the calibre of people joining. If you lead a university or institution and haven't received your invite yet — DM me or write to me ! This one's going to be special. #AIinEducation #HigherEducation #UniversityLeadership #CampusPlacement #GooglexGuidix #AgenticAI #NewAgeUniversity guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined Pranav Bhatia Nitin G Gupta Ashish Wattal Aanchal Rawal Aashi Dhawan Aditya Sisodia Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee Vinay Litoria, PhD Rachit Jain Plaksha University Training and Placement Cell, GBU Greater Noida Talerang Shveta Raina GL Bajaj Group of Institutions Mehul Khandhedia Deepti Singh Manju Khatri Pramanshu Arya Jai Kashyap Saksham - Vinayak Sahu Navisha Prabhakar Aanchal Chopra

Surabhi Dewra shared thisAfter working for a decade in career guidance - here I am building Guidix.ai - guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined and solving for the problem which defines how India's demographic dividend will be perceived - yes, talking about guidance based job search in the era of AI !!!!! So the question isn't whether India has a demographic dividend. 1.07 crore graduates enter the workforce every year. The question is whether we build the job hunting layer that turns that into a growth engine, or watch it become a liability. This is a HUGE PROBLEM - and to lead on education, we have to lead on the entry level job market . Big enough that we are not having this conversation alone. Google and Guidix.ai are co-hosting the AI & New Age University Conclave on Wednesday, 16th September at the Google office, Gurugram - 12:30 to 5:00 PM. A Google keynote on AI and the future of work, a live session on AI-driven campus placements, a leaders' panel on the changing role of universities in the age of AI, and a felicitation ceremony honouring leaders driving innovation in higher education. The format is intimate - 2 to 3 representatives per institution. VC / Pro-VC / Chancellor, Dean or Director (Academics or Placements), and your TPO / Head - Career Services. The mix of leadership and placement works best, as the afternoon covers both vision and execution. If you are a university or a college and by this time you have not received an invite from us - then do drop a message with your university/college email id and I will send you a personal invite ! #University #Placement #AgenticCampus Nitin G Gupta Ashish Wattal Aanchal Rawal Aanchal Chopra Pramanshu Arya Jai Kashyap Pranav BhatiaPranav Bhatia @aanchal Chopra

Surabhi Dewra shared thisHe scored SINGLE DIGITS in Chemistry in JEE 1985. 📉 He didn't clear it. Today he's the Director of IIT Madras — and one of 6 people chosen to redesign India's entire exam system. 🇮🇳 Prof. V. Kamakoti. The exam that rejected him? He later became its Chairman. 🤯 I met him in February for Bodhan AI . What's remarkable with me is that he doesn't hide this story — he tells it. Because he wants you to hear this: Marks are a number from one day. They are not a verdict on your life. In 1985, 4,000 students wrote JEE on paper. Today, 15 lakh write it on computers. And the boy who lost to that exam is now the man rebuilding it. If you're sitting with a result you're ashamed of right now — save this post. Read it again in 20 years. 💙 Which line hit you hardest? Surabhi Dewra shared thisParents, the ownership is also on you — not just the Education Ministry, Why? Let me share this, if you really want to ease the pressure - then ** Stop comparing your child with others — marks, salaries, packages. ** Stop pushing your child into coaching factories just because your neighbour is sending theirs. ** Stop pushing your child into a career or course only because there is high money in it. ** Stop pushing your own career dreams onto them. ** Stop pushing them for govt jobs and letting them repeat it year after year — because you want it. ** Stop framing your child in one mould, and stop letting the definition of career success be just money. ** Stop your child's hobbies and sports just because 11th and 12th mean entrance exams. ** Stop arranging fake internship letters for your child. ** Stop arranging dummy schools for your child and parking them in the Kota factory. ** Stop paying for papers for your child — because it's you who is funding it. ** Stop taking decisions for your child every minute, every time. ** Stop taking their career and education decisions for them and making them so dependent on you. ** Stop pampering them — so they are never ready for the exam of life. ** Stop pushing them for NEET, JEE, UPSC, CA, etc. — because that's your only definition of success. PARENTS, YOU ARE EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING — AS MUCH AS YOU THINK IT'S THE GOVT!

Surabhi Dewra shared thisTo everyone appearing for #Re-NEET tomorrow: Remember, #NEET and government medical colleges are not the end of the road. Life offers hundreds of opportunities, and success can be achieved through many different paths. So take a deep breath, stay calm, and trust your preparation. Don’t let the pressure overwhelm you. Just give your best effort tomorrow—that is all !!! Wishing you confidence, clarity, and success. 💙 CareerGuide.Com guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined

Surabhi Dewra shared thisSoftBank, Tiger, Temasek, Sequoia, General Atlantic. All-stock deal. No cash. A 90%+ markdown written into a share swap. #TheNumbers Peak valuation (2021) — $3.44B Acquisition price (2026) — $218M / ₹2,055 Cr Cumulative losses — ₹2,800+ Cr Layoffs — 2,500+ across four rounds Graphy, Relevel, CodeChef — folded or sidelined The failure wasn't the teachers, the tech, or the timing - Students stopped paying ₹40,000/year once YouTube, Telegram, and AI delivered equivalent access for free. One counterpoint worth acknowledging: PW (PhysicsWallah) built at a fraction of the cost, retained educator loyalty differently where founder himself as educator face and stayed closer to outcomes from the start. Unacademy spent 8 years and $876M proving that access to information is not a business. upGrad now inherits the brand, the educators, and the hardest problem in Indian edtech: converting a content platform into an outcomes engine. If your edtech still sells content in 2026 — do you think will survive the next 24 months? ? #EdTech #Unacademy #upGrad #IndiaStartups #AI #CareerGuidance CareerGuide.Com guidix.ai - Campus Placements Reimagined

Surabhi Dewra reacted on thisSurabhi Dewra reacted on this🌟 Privileged to have been a panelist at the AI & New Age University Leader Conclave, hosted by Google and Guidix.ai on 16th September 2026 at the Google office in Gurugram! A special thank you to Google and Guidix.ai for recognizing Gautam Buddha University as a New Age University. Higher education is at a massive turning point, driven by rapid advancements in artificial intelligence. I had an incredible time sharing the stage with fellow academic and industry leaders to tackle a defining question: "What Will a University Look Like in 2030?" We dived deep into the core shifts reshaping the educational landscape: 🤖 Building an "Agentic Campus" | Exploring how AI agents will actively transform university administration, hyper-personalized learning journeys, and the overall student life experience. 🏗️ Infrastructure Scaling | Addressing the critical technical, cloud, and structural demands required to support robust, new-age digital learning platforms at scale. 🎓 The Employability Challenge | Bridging the gap between traditional degree programs and the dynamic, real-world skills that millions of graduates need to thrive in an AI-driven job market. The future of higher education isn't years away—it is happening right now. Thank you to the teams at Google and Guidix.ai for hosting such a visionary event, and to my brilliant fellow panelists for the thought-provoking exchange! #ArtificialIntelligence #HigherEducation #EdTech #FutureOfLearning #AIinEducation #Google #GuidixAI #GautamBuddhaUniversity #AcademicLeadership

Surabhi Dewra liked thisSurabhi Dewra liked thisSBI Chairman CS Setty says the bank is developing GIFT City products for NRIs who want to deploy $50,000 to $100,000 in foreign currency. When India's largest bank builds products just for NRIs from GIFT City, it is betting on demand that already exists. SBI already runs the largest banking unit in GIFT City, with a balance sheet of about $21 billion. Setty says it has customers from the US, UAE and UK keeping money there. IFSCA's data shows NRI participation in GIFT City banks rising fast. Between June 2025 and March 2026: 1. NRI retail accounts in GIFT City banks more than doubled, from 9,247 to 20,280 2. Their balances rose from $1.20 billion to $1.65 billion 👉 The accounts grew much faster than the money in them. This growth sits apt with the range SBI is building for. SBI also stated that they are designing for flexibility in when NRIs need this money back. At SBI today: • GIFT City unit: 4.65% on a 6-9 month dollar deposit • Indian branches: at most 4.40% on dollar deposits, with a minimum term of one year For an NRI saving for something a few months away, that means a better rate without a year-long lock-in. As more NRIs come to GIFT City, banks like SBI are starting to build products around their needs, from how much they invest to when they need it back. At Belong - GIFT City investments app we already offer a full suite of NRI products via GIFT City - USD fixed deposits, Indian and global Mutual Funds & AIFs and GIFT NIFTY Futures trading. https://lnkd.in/eKa9Z6ZjSBI developing GIFT City specific products for NRI customers, says Chairman SettySBI developing GIFT City specific products for NRI customers, says Chairman Setty
