Rohit Agarwal reposted thisGrowth and patient satisfaction are often viewed as competing priorities. In reality, the best healthcare organizations are those that excel at both. It was a pleasure sharing my perspectives with IHX on how technology, data, and operational excellence can help build patient-centric and financially sustainable hospitals.Rohit Agarwal reposted thisGrowth and patient satisfaction. Can hospitals truly achieve both? At our exclusive Inner Circle roundtable in Delhi, an invite only gathering of top hospital leaders, we caught up with Dr. Vishal Arora, Chief Business Officer at Artemis Hospitals, for a quick standing interview right before the event kicked off. Leading business strategy at one of Delhi's most recognised hospitals, Vishal brings a sharp and forward looking perspective on what it truly takes to build a sustainable and patient centric healthcare organisation. Here is a glimpse of what we explored: 📈 Balancing Growth and Patient Satisfaction - The real challenges hospital leaders face when trying to drive business performance without compromising on the patient experience. 💡 Technology as a Customer Solution - How Artemis is leveraging technology to solve for patients and create a smoother, more meaningful care journey. 📊 The Power of Data - How data is being used to drive smarter decisions across hospital operations. 🏆 The Next Competitive Edge - In the next 2 to 3 years, what will be that one defining factor that separates leading hospitals from the rest. At IHX - A Perfios Company, we believe that meaningful healthcare transformation happens when leaders across the ecosystem come together to exchange ideas and collaborate on solving real challenges. If you are a leader in the healthcare space, this one is worth your time. 👇

Rohit Agarwal shared thisHospitals don't have an AI problem. They have a data problem. And until that is solved, AI, DPDP compliance, FHIR interoperability, patient engagement, and digital transformation will remain disconnected initiatives. Most hospitals today have data spread across multiple systems: • HIS / EMR • LIS & RIS • PACS • Billing & ERP • CRM & Patient Apps • Call Center Platforms The result? ❌ Fragmented patient journeys ❌ Limited visibility for leadership ❌ Delayed decision-making ❌ Compliance challenges ❌ AI initiatives that struggle to scale The future-ready healthcare architecture is becoming increasingly clear: HOSPITAL DATA LAKE → AI → FHIR → DPDP COMPLIANCE A unified data foundation enables hospitals to: ✓ Create a single source of truth ✓ Unlock advanced analytics & AI ✓ Accelerate FHIR interoperability ✓ Strengthen DPDP readiness ✓ Drive better patient and business outcomes The question is no longer whether hospitals need a Data Lake. The real question is: Can hospitals achieve AI, FHIR, and DPDP goals without first fixing their data foundation? Curious to hear perspectives from healthcare leaders. #HealthcareTransformation #DigitalHealth #HealthcareAI #DPDP #FHIRC #THB

Rohit Agarwal reposted thisRohit Agarwal reposted thisDubai is making another bold move in AI. This week, Sheikh Hamdan announced a two-year initiative to help transition Dubai’s private sector toward Agentic AI—AI systems that don’t just analyze or respond, but can plan, decide, and act autonomously across business workflows. This is a major signal for every industry—but especially healthcare, where the challenge is no longer access to data… it’s turning data into real-time action and measurable outcomes. At THB, this shift is exactly why we’ve built our next-generation healthcare CRM around CRM Evolution incorporating a self-service Agentic AI workflow builder: CRM 1.0 → Systems of record Patient data, campaigns, rules, and static workflows CRM 2.0 → Systems of automation Journeys, omnichannel engagement, lifecycle workflows CRM 3.0 → Systems of action (Agentic) AI that can learn, adapt, and take action in real time In healthcare, that means moving from dashboards to outcomes: • Recovering missed appointments and open orders • Improving clinic and diagnostic utilization • Identifying high-value patient cohorts • Optimizing contact center and care coordination workflows • Delivering personalized patient engagement at scale Healthcare providers now have an opportunity to redefine how growth, engagement, and care delivery happens in the AI era. Rohit Agarwal reposted thisRohit Agarwal reposted thisYour Horizontal CRM Treats Your Patients as "Contacts" and that's costing you more than you realize. When you force-fit a typical horizontal CRM into healthcare, you don't just miss follow-ups and patient refills, but also lose revenue opportunities, and watch retention drop. The hidden cost includes 12-18 months of painful customization and a system that still doesn't understand patient journeys and care pathways. Healthcare isn't like other industries. Your CRM shouldn't be either. Visit https://www.thb.group/ to learn more. #HealthcareCRM #DigitalHealth #PatientEngagement #PatientExperience #PatientRetention #DigitalTransformation #THBgroup

Rohit Agarwal reacted on thisRohit Agarwal reacted on thisThank You, Guwahati.🙏 It was a pleasure to be part of #Involve - A Unique Interactive Knowledge Exchange Forum- in Guwahati this weekend, and to see such an encouraging response from clinicians across the entire Assam and the Northeast. Inaugurated by Shri. Ashok Singhal Ji, Hon’ble Minister, Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education and Research Departments, Government Of Assam , India, the program brought together doctors for open and meaningful discussions around real clinical situations, practical challenges and evolving approaches in cardiology and cardiac surgery. What was particularly encouraging was the enthusiasm and commitment of the medical fraternity. Despite challenging flood conditions, doctors travelled from far to be a part of the program, an inspiring reflection of their commitment to continuous learning and, ultimately, better patient care. The success of the program was made possible through the support and partnership of Dr Neil Bardoloi, Dr. Rituparna Baruah and Dr. Dinesh Agarwal, along with the Indian Medical Association, Guwahati (IMA) and the CSI Northeast Chapter. My sincere thanks also to Fortis Escorts Okhla stalwarts Dr. Ashok Seth, Dr.Aparna Jaswal, and Dr. Ritwick Raj Bhuyan, for leading the program and their continuous guidance and support, and for bringing their expertise and insights to the scientific discussions. What makes this engagement particularly meaningful is that the conversation did not end with #Involve. Plans are already underway for specialised cardiac training for clinicians at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital, creating an opportunity towards continuous sharing of knowledge and strengthening clinical capabilities. For me, that is the true spirit of #Involve, bringing the medical community together, learning from one another and building relationships that go beyond a single event. As Fortis Escorts Okhla renews its engagement with the medical community in Assam, I look forward to building on this momentum and strengthening our association with the region. Rohit Agarwal reacted on thisRohit Agarwal reacted on thisI recently had the privilege of speaking at ET Edge - The Times Group #SCMFest 2026 on a subject close to my heart - the remarkable logistics behind #HeartTransplant. While many see Heart Transplant as one of the most complex surgeries in medicine, I believe the real #Miracle happens long before the recipient enters the operating room. Between 2014 and 2025, India performed just 2,057 Heart Transplants, highlighting how rare these life-saving procedures truly are. Every transplant depends on a suitable donor, meticulous recipient matching, and the seamless coordination of multiple teams, all within a 4–6-hour window. At the heart of every transplant is an extraordinary act of humanity by a donor family, whose selfless decision in the face of unimaginable loss gives another person the priceless gift of life. Our recent #GreenCorridor, which transported a donor heart from Rohtak to Fortis Escorts Okhla, was a powerful reminder of what teamwork can achieve. From the donor family and transplant coordinators to the clinicians, the retrieval team, traffic police, ICU staff, nurses, perfusionists, and Mr. Jogender Singh - the Driver whose steady hands behind the wheel ensured every precious minute counted—each played an indispensable role. At Fortis Escorts Okhla, we are humbled to have successfully performed 23 heart transplants, each one a testament to science, precision, compassion, and collaboration. This #DoctorsDay, I celebrate not just doctors, but every unsung hero who makes these extraordinary journeys possible. Because, behind every successful heart transplant is not one individual—but an entire team committed to giving someone a second chance at life, made possible first by the generosity of a donor family. #DoctorsDay #HeartTransplant #OrganDonation #GreenCorridor #HealthcareLeadership #FortisEscortsOkhla #EveryHeartbeatMatters

More than three million patients are screened. Thousands of clinicians are empowered. The story is not in the numbers but in how innovation changes lives. Behind these numbers is the work of Venkatakrishnan S and his team, who have spent years developing pioneering technologies that transform eye care delivery, making advanced diagnostics both accessible and scalable. These innovations, built at Forus, are designed not for labs but for real-world conditions—ensuring that quality eye care reaches patients and clinicians where it is needed most. From 19 to 21 September 2025, at the Global Digital Health Summit, Expo & Innovation Awards at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, he will share how digital health can drive accessibility, affordability, and equity in healthcare at scale. #GlobalDigitalHealthSummit #GDHS2025 #HealthTech #HealthcareInnovation #AccessibleHealthcare #ScalableSolutions
