Loantap secures $6.2 million in fresh funding from July Ventures and existing investors 📌 Pune-based digital lending platform LoanTap Financial Technologies has raised $6.2 million in fresh equity funding led by July Ventures. Existing investors 3one4 Capital, Avaana Capital, Kae Capital and the Swapurna Family Office also participated in the round. 📌 With this, the total capital raised by the company stands at around $26 million. Home services startup Pronto has raised $11 Mn in its Series A round, co-led by General Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital, with participation from existing investor Bain Capital Ventures. The funding comes just months after the Gurugram-based 10-minute on-demand home services platform closed a $2 Mn seed extension from Bain Capital Ventures. Rural fintech startup Jai Kisan, founded by Arjun Ahluwalia and Adriel Maniego , has raised INR 26.47 Cr (around $3 Mn) in its latest funding round from existing investors Mirae Asset, Unitary Fund, and Blume Ventures. As per regulatory filings, the startup allotted 980 Series B6 CCPS at a premium of INR 2,70,033. This capital infusion marks a continued vote of confidence from the investors in Jai Kisan’s mission to transform rural credit and empower underserved communities. Founded in 2020, Jai Kisan operates as a rural-focused neo-bank that offers digital-first financial solutions to farmers, retailers, and MSMEs. It obtained an NBFC license in August 2023 after acquiring Kushal Finnovation Capital, enabling it to design and distribute customized credit products and co-lend with public sector banks. Bachatt has bagged $4 million (INR 34 Cr+) in a seed funding round jointly led by Lightspeed India and InfoEdge Ventures. Of the total investment, Lightspeed contributed $2.8 million, while Info Edge Ventures, spearheaded by Sanjeev Bikhchandani, injected $1 million into the startup.
