  • Everyone keeps predicting the death of Indian IT. I read the actual data. It's more nuanced — and more urgent — than the headlines. I build with AI every day, and I lead engineers. So when Anthropic published research measuring AI's real impact across ~800 jobs — usage data, not vibes — I read the whole thing and then asked the only question that matters here: what does this mean for someone working in Indian IT? Three things stood out. → The "AI jobs apocalypse" isn't in the data — yet. Globally, there's no systematic rise in unemployment for the most AI-exposed workers since late 2022. The crash everyone's tweeting about hasn't shown up. → But the most exposed work is exactly what India built its IT engine on. Coding, app support, testing, BPO, data entry, back-office. The one real warning sign in the study — hiring of 22–25 year-olds into exposed roles down ~14% — maps almost perfectly onto our reality: EY estimates entry-level IT roles are already down 20–25%, and NASSCOM says tech workforce growth slowed to 2.3% this year. → The pyramid is being squeezed from the bottom. The old model — hire armies of freshers, train them on the bench — is breaking, because AI now does a lot of that first-draft junior work. Here's the part I genuinely believe, having watched this from inside: this is disruption and the biggest opportunity in a decade. India needs an estimated 1.2M AI professionals by 2027 against a supply of ~420K. The gap is enormous. The people who close it will do very well. So, concretely: If you're experienced (8+ yrs): move from doing to directing. Architect, review, own a domain (BFSI, healthcare, telecom). Domain + AI is hard to automate. If you're early-career: don't race AI on boilerplate. Get AI-fluent fast and build a public portfolio — 65% of Indian tech firms now hire on demonstrated skill over degree. If you're a student choosing computers: still a great bet. But go deep on fundamentals, pair CS with a domain or human skill, and learn to build WITH AI — not to do what AI does. What AI is not replacing: judgment, ownership, client trust, system design, and the messy real-world debugging that never fits a clean prompt. #IndianIT #FutureOfWork #ArtificialIntelligence #AI #SoftwareEngineering #GenerativeAI #ITServices #Upskilling #HRTech #TalentAcquisition #FutureOfHR #Hiring #WorkforcePlanning #Freshers Sources Anthropic — Labor Market Impacts of AI: A New Measure and Early Evidence (Mar 5, 2026): https://lnkd.in/e6JYJ_yE EY (2025) — entry-level IT roles down ~20–25% due to automation NASSCOM — India tech workforce growth ~2.3% in FY26; ~1.2M AI professionals needed by 2027 vs ~420K supply (India AI Skills Report 2025) Anthropic Economic Index: https://lnkd.in/e3enMfwb

  • Every engineer should be able to see their architecture. Today you can — for free. We just open-sourced a gift to the developer community: READ-YOUR-ARCHITECTURE from TheSSS.AI. No SaaS. No signup. No telemetry. Runs entirely on your machine. Here's the play: → Grab the prompt from the repo https://lnkd.in/dQWSYE8P → Run it inside your codebase (VS Code / Claude Code, Opus 4.8 or above for best results) → It emits a single architecture.json → Load that JSON into explorer.html and watch your repo render as an interactive, recursive, drill-down architecture diagram — locally It's fully technology-agnostic. Rust service, React app, Python pipeline, Go microservice mesh, a tangled monolith — doesn't matter. The prompt is engineered with role-priming, a phased explore-before-synthesize workflow, hard anti-hallucination grounding rules, and a self-verification loop. It maps the system as built — warts, TODOs and all — not the aspirational diagram nobody updated. Stop onboarding engineers with a stale Confluence page. Show them the truth. Then do three things: Share your results (if your repo allows it — we want to see them) Send feedback — tell us what broke, what surprised you Want to make it better? Request contributor access on the repo. PRs welcome. Follow our LinkedIn for more tools, prompts and knowledge worth your time: https://lnkd.in/dcjvhreA Built by engineers, shipped for engineers. At Super Simple Software, we’ve officially cracked the code on 100% hands-free development. Thanks to TheSSS.AI, we no longer build products — we launch them. What used to take 9–18 months of grinding, iterations, and late nights now happens in a focused 60-day sprint. Idea → validated product → live in the market. No fluff. No endless dev cycles. Just momentum. It feels like switching from rowing a boat across the ocean to strapping into a rocket ship with autopilot. You still set the destination, but the journey is faster, smoother, and a hell of a lot more fun. And this is just the beginning. You’ll be seeing several exciting new products from us hitting the market in the coming months. The pipeline is full, and the pace is only accelerating. If you’re a founder, product leader, or innovator tired of slow development cycles, the future arrived earlier than expected. Let’s build what’s next. #TheSSS #AI #ProductDevelopment #NoCode #SoftwareEngineering #TechInnovation #Startups #BuildFast

  • Escaping Configuration Hell: The Hidden Costs of a Blank Repository We’ve all been there. That brief moment of excitement with a new project… right before the dread of the blank repository sets in. The first few weeks are never about the innovative features you planned. It’s a familiar spiral. Week 1 is lost to "Architecture Olympics." Week 2 is a descent into wrestling with CI/CD pipelines and build scripts. Before you know it, a month is gone, momentum is dead, and not a single line of business logic has been written. This isn't just a feeling; it's a massive hidden cost. Developer surveys show that teams can spend up to **40%** of a project's initial timeline just on this foundational boilerplate. The real problem isn’t just the lost time—it's the decision fatigue that leads to early technical debt and the creative energy drained before the *real* work even begins. We're paying our best engineers to be infrastructure janitors instead of product innovators. This is the exact pain point we are obsessed with solving at TheSSS.AI. Automating the entire project foundation means your team can skip the setup disaster and jump straight into building the features that drive value. Next time you kick off a project, try this: track the hours spent *before* the first real feature is committed. The number will likely surprise you and your stakeholders. Could you bring that data to your next planning session? It reframes the conversation from "a few days of setup" to a strategic decision about whether to build or buy your foundation. What's the one setup task that always takes way longer than anyone on your team expects? #SoftwareDevelopment #SoftwareEngineering #EngineeringLeadership #DeveloperProductivity #TechnicalDebt #AICoding #DevOps

  • The Uncomfortable Truth About AI Coding Tools Stop asking AI tools to *promise* not to use your data. Start using tools that are architecturally *incapable* of storing it. There's a fundamental difference between a privacy policy and a security architecture. One is a promise, the other is a physical constraint. As leaders, we've become accustomed to weighing the risks of adopting new tech, but with AI, the stakes are different. Your source code, your requirements, your next big feature—these aren't just data points; they're your company's most valuable intellectual property. That "pipeline secure" feeling shouldn't just be about code passing tests. It must also be about knowing your IP isn't being logged, stored, or used to train a model that could one day benefit a competitor. The industry standard can't be "trust us." It has to be "we can't." The concept is called Zero-Persistence Architecture. It means your project data is processed exclusively in volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of a task and is wiped clean the second the job is done. Nothing is ever written to disk. It’s a system designed to forget. This isn't a feature; it's a foundational, non-negotiable principle for enterprise-grade security, complemented by standards like TLS 1.3 encryption and SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. This is the principle we built TheSSS.AI on. We believe you should never have to trade your IP for innovation. So the next time you evaluate an AI tool, move beyond the marketing promises. Ask the hard questions: - Where is my data processed? - Is it ever written to persistent storage? - How is memory handled after my request is complete? True security is found in architectural truths, not policy documents. What's the #1 security question you ask before integrating a new AI tool into your workflow? #Security #DataPrivacy #AI #IntellectualProperty #SoftwareEngineering #DevTools #CTO

  • There is no pain quite like trying to connect a device that only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi while your modern router laughs at you. We turned this universal trauma into a Ghibli-inspired tragedy because... coping mechanisms. 🎨☕

  • The Client Bottleneck: How to Protect Your Agency's Profits from Unavailable Experts We’ve all been there. The project plan was beautiful. Elegant. A simple, straight line from A to B. And then reality hits. You spend weeks building based on the initial spec, only to find the one domain expert—the client with all the critical knowledge—is too busy for a review. The project moves forward on assumptions. Then, in the final hour, they finally take a look. And a single, five-minute comment reveals a fundamental misunderstanding that invalidates months of work. This moment isn't just frustrating; it's a direct threat to your agency's profitability. One project we analyzed saw a **$2.7 million** rework bill and a four-month delay because a critical compliance detail was missed until final testing. The plan was perfect. The execution was clean. The knowledge transfer was broken. The real bottleneck in high-stakes projects isn't technical execution; it's the dependency on a single, unavailable source of truth. More meetings and longer documents don't fix this. They just demand more of the expert's scarcest resource: their time. The only way to break this cycle is to change the conversation entirely. Instead of asking an expert to fill a blank page, you have to present them with a nearly-full one. Starting with an AI-generated foundation that already understands industry-specific rules—like HIPAA in healthcare or AML in fintech—transforms their role. They go from being a source of basic requirements to a validator of high-level strategy. Next time you kick off a project, don't just ask for requirements. Ask yourself: "How can we de-risk this by embedding 80% of the necessary domain expertise *before* our first major client review?" By doing this, you're not just managing a project; you're protecting your timeline, your budget, and your team's sanity. What's the most costly "minor detail" that was discovered way too late in one of your projects? #SoftwareDevelopment #EngineeringLeadership #ProjectManagement #AgencyLife #TechLeadership #DeveloperProductivity #RiskManagement

  • The High Cost of Repetitive Work on Developer Happiness This isn't just burnout. This is a human buffer underrun, caused by building the same auth system for the fifth time in your career. We've all seen this look. It’s the face of a brilliant engineer whose cognitive capacity is being consumed not by complex, innovative problems, but by the endless cycle of undifferentiated heavy lifting. Setting up infrastructure. Configuring boilerplate. Re-solving problems that have been solved a thousand times before. It's the slow, quiet erosion of passion that happens when 80% of a developer's time is spent on work that provides zero competitive advantage. The real cost isn't just lost time; it's a loss of focus and morale. The data is clear: in traditional development, teams can spend up to **70% of their energy on infrastructure and technical debt**. This leaves a tiny fraction for what actually matters—user experience, performance, and innovation. We're hiring artists and asking them to spend their days mixing paint and stretching canvases instead of actually painting. This is the core reason we're obsessed with AI-driven development acceleration at TheSSS AI. We believe a developer's first day on a new project should be spent writing business logic, not wrestling with setup for three months. So here's a practical step: audit your team's last sprint. Be brutally honest. How many story points were dedicated to rebuilding solved problems versus creating new, differentiating value for your customers? The answer is often uncomfortable, but it's the first step toward fixing the system, not just blaming the symptoms. What's the one repetitive task you would eliminate from your team's workflow tomorrow if you could? #SoftwareDevelopment #EngineeringLeadership #DeveloperExperience #DeveloperProductivity #Burnout #TechDebt #CTO
