AI is becoming part of customer service faster than most teams expected, and it’s starting to show in real results. NiCE Cognigy was just named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™ for Conversational AI (Q2 2026). To me, this isn’t just another report, it’s a signal of where customer experience is heading. If you’re exploring conversational AI for your team, the report is worth a look: https://bit.ly/4cLvrtw NiCE #ForresterWave #conversationalAI #agenticAI #CX

Customers rarely wake up one morning and decide to contact support. In many cases, there are signals along the way - a delayed shipment, a service issue, a billing problem. The opportunity is recognizing what's happening early enough to help before frustration builds. New research from @Metrigy looks at how organizations are using analytics, orchestration, and intelligent outreach to get ahead of issues and create smoother customer journeys. If you're interested in the shift toward proactive customer experience, you'll want to hear from Robin Gareiss and Liran Meir Frenkel on June 30: https://bit.ly/3SlUs72 @NiCE

From Architects to Gardeners: The Quiet Evolution of Autonomous Systems We have long viewed software as a house we build ,brick by brick, line by line. We architected "if-then" logic with the belief that we could predict every turn a user might take. But we are witnessing a fundamental shift in the nature of "building." We are moving from Construction to Cultivation. With the rise of Autonomous Agentic Networks, we are no longer just training models to perform tasks. We are witnessing the birth of systems that can sense, reason, and most importantly, re-architect themselves in pursuit of a goal. The Philosophical Shift: When a system identifies a friction point in its own UX, diagnoses the drop in KPI, and autonomously "spawns" a new agentic workflow to heal that gap who is the designer? The Self-Healing Enterprise: If a business process can evolve, optimize, and repair itself without human intervention, does it remain a tool, or does it become a digital organism? The Death of the Static Workflow: We used to value "robust" systems. But in a world of constant flux, robustness is brittle. The new virtue is Fluidity. The Role of the creators: If the AI becomes the Architect of the experience, our role shifts. We are no longer the builders; we are the ones who define the "Purpose." We provide the North Star (the KPIs), and the system finds the path. Questions we must ask ourselves: As our systems become "Self-Correcting," how much control are we willing to trade for resilience? When the UX evolves in real-time to meet a user’s frustration, where does the "brand identity" end and the "algorithmic response" begin? Are we ready to manage entities that don't just follow our instructions, but challenge our assumptions? We are moving toward an era where the most successful organizations won't be the ones with the most rigid processes, but the ones with the most adaptive Intelligence Loops. We aren't just building software anymore. We are planting seeds of intent and watching them grow. Are we prepared to be the gardeners of an intelligence we no longer fully script? #AgenticAI #PhilosophyOfTech #DigitalEvolution #FutureOfLeadership #SystemsThinking #AI

One thing I keep hearing from CX leaders right now: AI pilots succeed. Production is the hard part. Today at #EnterpriseConnect, NiCE introduced an agentic AI innovation designed to help close the gap. It transforms enterprise interaction data into ready to deploy AI agents that are built to perform and scale. A practical step toward making AI-first CX real in everyday operations: https://bit.ly/4loNFDV

Most enterprise “AI agents” are demos with a chat box. What I ship is different: agents inside real delivery work. At NiCE: a support triage agent that diagnoses and resolves IT tickets in production. A billing QA agent that catches revenue-impacting errors before they hit a customer. And ATL — an orchestrator that routes change requests to specialist BA, QA, and Developer agents by status, not by a hard-coded script. Coordination is the product; humans still own the release call. AI expertise isn’t picking a model. It’s architecture, guardrails, and systems that survive contact with operations. #AI #AgentArchitecture #AInative #DeliveryManagement #IntelligentOperations #LifeAtNICE

We finished Q4 strong, and closed out 2025 even stronger as an AI-first CX organization. AI is moving from strategy to standard at enterprise scale. Leaders are choosing one unified platform to accelerate digital transformation. And NiCE is the engine powering that shift. Together with NiCE Cognigy, we’re accelerating with Agentic AI, redefining what AI implementation looks like in real operations, not just in strategy decks. Thank you to our customers, partners, and teams who made this year one of true progress. We look forward to raising the bar even higher in 2026. NiCE is building what comes next as we #createaNiCEworld. Are you in? https://lnkd.in/ewDJbkiH

Counting down to Thursday! 🚀 I will be there as well, joining ‏Yael Sonsino‏, ‏Dana Shalev-Soffer‏, ‏Avital Jo Cohen‏ and ‏Aya Malach‏ to present our latest innovations for Copilot for Supervisors in CXone. If you’re interested in how AI can radically reduce cognitive load for contact center leadership, you won't want to miss this. Looking forward to seeing many of you there!

Most companies are still stuck at the demo stage. Einat Weiss, former CMO at NICE, explains why AI can look simple in a demo, but become far more complex inside real enterprise operations. Once you move beyond the pilot, systems, workflows, and expectations start to collide. That’s where most initiatives slow down. Where are you seeing the biggest gap between AI ambition and AI execution? Full conversation in comments.
