Most clients grade a freelancer on the wrong subject. Price and speed get top marks. They are the easiest things to measure and the least useful. After more than 150 clients across 15 countries, the report card I care about has three subjects. Did they question the brief. A good freelancer asks what the work is for before touching it. A law firm once asked me for a chatbot. The real problem was their intake process. Did they tell you what not to build. Saying no to scope that will not pay back is a skill, and it saves you money. Is it still working in month three. Delivery day is easy to pass. Work that survives real use is the actual grade. Those are the three I try to earn every time, and they are how I keep a 5.0 rating. If you are hiring for AI or automation work, grade on those three before you look at price. Proudly posting as a Fiverr Affiliates Ambassador for Fiverr #FiverrAmbassador

London just hosted its first Freelancer Tuesday, and the energy was unmatched. Fiverr CEO Micha Kaufman sat down with 50 community leaders, ambassadors, and freelancers, some with over a decade on the platform, to talk about where Fiverr's headed and how AI is changing freelance work. Ian Brealey, Rebecca Page-Chapman, MBA, and Will B. joined a panel moderated by Michelle Baltrusitis on how freelancing is reshaping work culture. Freelancers flew in from as far as Germany and India to be there. That's this community in a nutshell: global, supportive, and always showing up for each other. Thank you to everyone who joined and shared their story. See you at the next one. And a special thanks to our Photographer, Andy Go!
