  • Meet Chandler Pickett, Agency Account Manager at WP Engine. Based in Orlando, Chandler acts as a true partner to our agency customers, helping them navigate the right tools and strategies to reach their goals. He brings his passion for building into the digital world, having created his own websites and even a video game to get the best understanding of what his agencies do on a daily basis. His professional philosophy is simple: “Be direct, don’t add fluff.” He believes that transparency is the key to building a partnership where trust can truly thrive. When he’s not supporting his agency partners, Chandler is a true lifelong learner. You might find him golfing, 3D printing, sewing custom designs, or even showing off his juggling skills. WP Engine is powered by people like Chandler, who work around the world and around the clock to optimize our platforms and products. • Nelson University needed a better way to help students, alumni, and donors find answers across a website with thousands of pages of content. In partnership with Click Here Labs, the university introduced an AI-powered chatbot built directly on WordPress and supported by WP Engine’s Managed Vector Database. Instead of relying on static pages or complicated search paths, the chatbot delivers clear, accurate answers through simple conversation, all grounded in Nelson University’s existing content. The impact was immediate. More than 6,000 pages were consolidated into fewer than 1,000. Bounce rates dropped by 30 percent, and web traffic increased by 25 percent. The chatbot also gave the university team better visibility into what users are actually asking, helping them identify content gaps and improve the site over time. This approach turns the website into something more useful and more intuitive, and meets users where they are and helping them move forward with confidence. We’re proud this experience is powered by WP Engine. Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/gUTA2FM3
