Do I need Apple device to publish my app?

No, you don't need apple device. We auto submit the build under your TestFlight account. So you can login to appStore connect and select the latest uploaded build by Twnr to publish. You just need the iOS device to enrol in developer program which needs yearly subscription to use apple service.

My app got rejected on AppStore or PlayStore
