HOW TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Follow these steps to cancel your Meshy subscription — your access remains active until the end of your billing cycle and your generated models stay safe.

Steps to cancel the subscription

To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription. Under the "Current Plan" section, click the Cancel Plan button.

A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Continue to proceed.

You'll be asked to share a reason for canceling. The "Cancel subscription" button will remain disabled until you fill in the reason field. Once you've entered a reason, the button will activate — click it to confirm.

Your cancellation is then confirmed, and it will show you when your subscription expires:

Note: If you're on a monthly plan, canceling will reset your loyalty program streak.

What happens after canceling:

  • Your models are safe — all models you generated while on a paid plan remain available for download, even after your subscription expires

  • You can resubscribe anytime — just go back to Settings → Subscription whenever you're ready

  • By canceling your subscription, you are terminating the automatic renewal of your billing cycle. This means you will still have access to your subscription features until the end of the active billing cycle. However, you will not be charged for any more renewals.

  • When your subscription expires, your credits will revert to the 100 credits per month as part of the free plan, and have the limited features inherent in that plan. Any unused credits from your previous subscription do not carry over, since those are only available while on the paid subscription.

FAQ

1.Why am I still being charged after canceling my subscription?

If your cancellation is processed after the next billing cycle has already been generated, the charge may still go through. This is due to a system timing gap that is outside of our control. If you were incorrectly charged, please contact [email protected] to request a refund.

For example, if your monthly billing renewal date is the 24th and you cancel on the May 24th, you may still be charged for that month's cycle(from May 24th to June 24th). We recommend canceling your subscription before your renewal date to avoid this.

2.Will I get a refund when I cancel my subscription?

No. Canceling your subscription ends the automatic renewal of your current billing cycle — it does not trigger a refund.
