What is the return and exchange policy?
Grainahome Store accepts returns and exchanges for wooden furniture if you have changed your mind, subject to the terms below:
- Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must be in their original purchase condition – unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
- Customized or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind will be borne by the customer.
- Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.
If you meet the above requirements, please contact our Customer Service by email at [email protected] with the subject “Returns / Exchanges” and provide:
- Order Number
- Name of the Item(s) you wish to return

- Reason for return
Our team will guide you through the collection or drop-off process.
What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?
We’re sorry if your wooden furniture arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing. Please email [email protected] with the subject “Missing Item”, “Wrong Item”, or “Damaged Item” and include:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging received
- Name of the Item
- Order Number
Important: Do not assemble, dispose of, or alter the item before contacting us.
