What is the return and exchange policy?

Grainahome Store accepts returns and exchanges for wooden furniture if you have changed your mind, subject to the terms below:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original purchase condition – unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind will be borne by the customer.
  • Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.

  • Order Number
  • Name of the Item(s) you wish to return

Return Process for Online Purchases

  • Name of the Item
  • Reason for return

Our team will guide you through the collection or drop-off process.

What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

We’re sorry if your wooden furniture arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing. Please email [email protected] with the subject “Missing Item”, “Wrong Item”, or “Damaged Item” and include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging received
  • Name of the Item
  • Order Number

Important: Do not assemble, dispose of, or alter the item before contacting us.
