I am a multidisciplinary digital-product professional with more than 10 years of experience across design, digital production, product strategy, automation and technology.
My career evolved from advertising and creative production into building web platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, operational workflows and AI-enabled applications. I combine product thinking, user experience, data modelling and software implementation to translate complex business needs into practical systems.
I work across the product lifecycle: requirements analysis, system and data design, frontend and backend implementation, third-party integrations, debugging, testing, deployment and technical documentation.
Across freelance and consulting work, I have used process automation and structured production workflows to cut delivery time on recurring digital-production work by roughly 30%, alongside measurable conversion improvements on client digital campaigns.

My workflow includes Git-based delivery, development/staging/production separation, authentication and permission testing, error handling, integration alerts, code cleanup, refactoring and structured project documentation.
I use AI development tools to accelerate research and implementation while remaining responsible for architecture, code review, debugging, validation and production readiness.
