Calling clear() on Counter without labels fails

To reproduce:

from prometheus_client import Counter

c = Counter("c", "c")
c.inc()
c.clear()

The error returned is:

AttributeError: 'Counter' object has no attribute '_lock'

Is using .clear() in this way supported?
