add: Android 13 themed icon

How to enable themed icon:

These instructions are for AOSP-based ROMs only.

1. Ensure you are on Android 13 or higher.
2. Long hold empty space on your home screen and select 'Wallpapers & style'.
3. Scroll down and enable 'Themed icons':

Hi, thanks for the pull requests. It looks good in general.

Adaptive icons are only supported from api level 26. Since passman-android currently also supports devices from api level 21, it still needs the legacy icon as a fallback.

I've the commits already locally, but I'm not allowed to edit this pr. So may I'll add them later or so. It's fine for now.
