This PR fixes a crash on iOS 13.4 where obtaining pointer address of
URLRequeststruct would no longer work. Instead, a UUID is now used as a request identifier.In addition, this PR includes some gardening: cleans up whitespaces, updates copyright year and updates Netguru's company name.
Closes #58.
