Closes #274.

Reorders the export(...) arguments in nf/ui.nf to match the process declaration, so filtered_protein_alignments, rnaseq_long_align_report, rnlp_filter_est_align_stats and minimap2_stats are staged in the right directories. Nothing else changes.

Testing: with this change, a full input_D_farinae_small run publishes filtered_protein_alignments/align.asn and no longer puts it under stats/rnaseq_long/.

Nextflow binds process inputs by position. In the export(...) call in
nf/ui.nf, five channels were passed in a different order than the
export process declares them, so they were staged under the wrong
directories:

- filtered_protein_alignments went to the rnaseq_long_align_report
  slot, so align.asn was published as stats/rnaseq_long/align.asn
  instead of filtered_protein_alignments/align.asn;
- minimap2_stats went to the filtered_protein_alignments slot;
- rnaseq_long_align_report, rnlp_filter_est_align_stats and
  minimap2_stats were shifted among the stats/rnaseq_long slots.

Reorder the arguments to match the declaration.
