This pull request updates the README.md file to reflect a higher vLLM acceleration speedup of up to 16x faster and replaces the community growth plan link with a link to funasr.com. I have no feedback to provide.

Holistic README pass: (1) fix the broken Quick Start —
model.generate()was missinginput=, so copy-paste failed; (2) remove an internal planning-doc link from the public Community section; (3) drop an emptyDocker streaming servicecode block; (4) make the vLLM speedup consistent (16x) between the table and the quickstart.
