Detect silent scenes has encountered an issue #3174

The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

• Try with a different kind of file to confirm that the problem is related to just this file.
• Try with the newest version from GitHub
• Read the documentation, FAQ and Troubleshooting, known issues
• Search for your problem under Issues or Discussions

Steps to reproduce

I found that for the same video file, the silent segments could not be detected using version 3.70.1, but they could be correctly detected using version 3.69.0. The same file was used. I also tested with other video files, but they couldn't be detected. Therefore, I reverted back to version 3.69.0.

Expected behavior

Please fix this bug. The mute detection feature is very important to me. Thank you.
