I was unsure if I should create a separate file for the enum PatchWhitespaceMode.

CompareOptions: Add an enum PatchWhiteSpaceMode.

This will allow using the following diff options:
--ignore-space-at-eol
--ignore-space-change
--ignore-all-space

Use PatchWhitespaceMode to build git diff options.
