When pushing tag, CLI is built and released for each OS environment.

I've tested it by downloading the v0.6.0-alpha1 CLI in the local:

gitploy -h
NAME:
   gitploy - Command line utility.

USAGE:
   gitploy [global options] command [command options] [arguments...]

VERSION:
   0.6.0-alpha1
