Do we still maintain the transformation rules in this repo? For example, support for FOCUS 1.2. I believe this repo could greatly help us transition more smoothly from each independent provider billing schema to FOCUS.

One scenario I have in mind is merging the FOCUS columns with the billing fields from AWS CUR or Azure NCE.

At the moment, it seems that the transformation rules are not fully up to date — for example, fields like CapacityReservationId are missing or outdated.
