We use DocuSeal for employment contracts and to manage liability waivers for our educational program. We have 200 employees, and managing the variations in contract type based on role, state, academic year, etc. has become a difficult task. It would be super helpful if there was the ability to have nested folders in the Document Templates area.
For example, instead of:
- 2026-2027 Contracts
- Teacher Florida contract
- Teacher Arizona contract
- Teacher South Carolina contract
- Campus Lead Florida contract
- Campus Lead Arizona contract
- Campus Lead Arizona XL campus contract
- Developer contract
- Enrollment specialist contract
- ...
We would do:
- 2026-2027 Contracts
- Florida Contracts
- Arizona Contracts
- South Carolina Contracts
- Admin Contracts
