docs: add the AI Coding Agents guide to 4.3 (current) - #2303

Ports core/ai-agents.md and the outline entry from main to the 4.3 branch so the guide is served at the current /docs/core/ai-agents URL and indexed in llms.txt. The page only existed on main (dev, /docs/main/) after api-platform#2301.

Ports the AI Coding Agents guide (#2301, merged to
main) to the 4.3 branch — the current stable version served at the/docsroot.Without this,
core/ai-agents.mdexists only onmain(dev), so it's live at/docs/main/core/ai-agentsbut 404 at/docs/core/ai-agents, and the mergedllms.txt(built from 4.3'soutline.yaml) doesn't list it.Identical content to #2301 (includes the llms.txt index section). Outline entry added after
