ModuleNotFoundError: distutils removed in python 3.12 breaks stix/mixbox #372

When running stix on Python 3.12, an error occurs because mixbox imports distutils.version.StrictVersion, but Python 3.12 removed distutils. This breaks compatibilty with Python 3.12.
