[UML-346] EMF Edit should be accessible in the contextual menu in the model explorer view #58

If I right click on a model element in the model explorer view (package, class, etc) I do not have access to EMF Edit so I can't create a child or a sibling. I need to create a new representation (for that I need to know which representation has the right tool to create what I want, if there is one).

EMF Edit should be directly accessible on the elements of the model in the model explorer view.
