Review delete tool to delete also association #366

Review the delete tool to remove also the attached association. Today the tool delete the element but not the association. Then the association are represented as broken association. The problem with this behaviour is that after few creation/deletion the model contains many useless associations.

Keep the broken association mapping to detect invalild associations.
