[feature-suggestion] log missing translations #1

It would be nice to have a "ng g" method that reports the missing keys in supported languages.

• Ex: "my.key" is in de.json, but not in any en.json so it is console.logged, along with the file path of de.json. Then developer can add "my.key" to en.json.
