BSA Changes
For changes to a BSA assignment, please send your request to the Mailing and Shipping Solutions Center (MSSC) via email to mssc@usps.gov.
Request must be on company letter head with a live or digital signature and include the following information:
EPS Changes
Requests including changes to an Enterprise Payment System Account (EPS) must be submitted using USPS Approved BSA_EPS Customer Letter Template
Request must be on company letter head with a live or digital signature.
For changes to a BSA assignment, please send your request to the Mailing and Shipping Solutions Center (MSSC) via email to mssc@usps.gov.
Request must be on company letter head with a live or digital signature and include the following information:
- CRID and services needed
- Contact information
- Name and Username of Current BSA
- Name and Username of New BSA
- Reason for the requested change (i.e., Jon Doe no longer with the company).
