Sports journalism is a competitive field, and it can be difficult getting your foot in the door. That’s why we run this programme. We supply those who want to pursue a career in the industry with all the requisite tools to succeed. Over the course of a few months, you’ll be fully integrated into the FLW content process, learning how to write and market successful articles, read by thousands of football fans each and every day.

What We Are Looking For
We’ll make sure you’re properly onboarded into the team and given a crash course in the fundamentals, but we will require you to possess a few key things:
- A deep passion for and knowledge of the EFL
- Experience in your chosen field (e.g. writing, video editing etc.)
- A solid work ethic, fast learner, and results-driven attitude
- Adaptable to change and able to react quickly to data trends
