I used Navan to book my travel for business. Website was easy to use, Clear instructions. Customer support was readily available if needed. Navan sent email reminder notifications just in time. I will definetly use Navan in the future for personal use.

I dislike that Navan is only available for corporate use.

Booking Travel

Navan is so user friendly; it's great being able to see all your upcoming and past travel in one spot, and even set up group events to track a full manifest to share with the team. My other favorite feature is the ease of submitting expenses both in a PCard and for reimbursement. It's intuitive and quick. I use it multiple times daily!

Soemtimes I'd like to ability to customize the information and desired fields in a downloaded manifest before creating the report, but it's a minor fix. Love this capability.

It's easy to manage multiple bookings on behalf of others as well as upcoming trips for myself. In addition, being able to use Navan's contracted group rates for personal trips is helpful too!

I loved using Navan which is a hassle-free platform for bookings and reimbursements for which I've used.

It's ease of use for me

Navan automates all the trickiest parts of expense reporting so that all I have to do is quickly check it over and (rarely) make tweaks.

Uploading pictures of receipts could be more intuitive, but its certainly not too difficult.

Not having to save all my receipts and submit lengthy expense reports. Saves me TONS of time every month!

Everything I need to book for a work trip is very easily accessible. The site and the app are both super easy to navigate.

I honestly havent occured any downsides with using Navan.

I love how easy it is to navigate the application. Submitting an expense had never been easier vs expensify. Love it!

It's really not a big deal but I wish I could create a report vs submitting each expense seperateley.
