It provides DMARC (RUA/RUF) parsing and dashboards, SPF and DKIM tooling and monitoring, BIMI support, TLS/MTA-STS reporting, reputation monitoring, phishing detection, multi-domain/MSP tooling, and APIs to help SMBs, enterprises and managed service providers reach DMARC enforcement with minimal specialist knowledge.

- Advanced protocols like ARC or DANE/TLSA are not confirmed or appear absent
- Some advanced features (managed DKIM, SSO, audit logs) reserved for Enterprise and may be costly for smaller orgs
- UI localization / language coverage is unclear
EasyDMARC provides the necessary tooling for DMARC and related topics with an easy to use interface, affordable pricing. While we are not yet using the more advanced features lile BMI, it is nice to know that it is available.
DMARC is complicated and while EasyDMARC reduces the complexity eith their UI abd kowledgebase but there is still some anxiety left. That being said, this might just be the issues in the standard.
Making sure our emails do not land in customers spam folders and providing insights in case there are issues.
It makes it easy to optimize your DNS and mail settings. The user interface and reports are user-friendly and understandable, even if you are not a tech geek.
When I have suggestions for improvement, I can contact support, they are accessible and helpful.
A could solve the problems with settings that are reported by other email providers by DMARC reports. EasyDMARS imports these emails and converts them to reports.

EasyDMARC allowed us an easy avenue to analyse and understand our email security across the world. It includes handy features for analysing and generating policies ontop of DMARC (DKIM, SPF, BIMI).
Nothing really to mention, the site does what it's designed and built to do.

The support team at EasyDMARC took the time to understand our particular needs and requirements, and in a timely manner suggested the changes we needed to make to our DNS records to achieve full DMARC compliance. They even contacted a third party baulk email provider that we use to get the information needed for compliance. They were a joy to work with.
Perhaps their charging structure could be a little more progressive in nature.
The implementation of DMARC on a live mail system requires a cautious methodical approach. EasyDMARC’s efficient and friendly support team expertly navigated our project to a successful conclusion.

Initially I loved how easy it was to use the platform. I was able to get up an running very quickly and set DMARC for my accounts quickly and monitor the reports quickly as well.
Unfortunately, once I needed to add more domains things got very expensive. I also started to have issues with the platform and things not working quite right so I had to contact support several times and they made me WAY more confused than when I contact them. After several back and forth emails from a representative that wasn't very nice I gave up and looked for a different solution. I have since found a better solution in my opinion and this is coming from someone who has a lifetime deal with EasyDMARC - I ended up paying another company monthly because it was a better overall experience. Really the biggest thing for me was the unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. If I had better help I would probably be able to use the platform a lot better.
