Facebook is the official Meta app for accessing the Facebook social network from Windows computers. With it, you can access all the features offered by the platform on mobile devices and the web version.
As soon as you open the app, you have to log in to your account. After that, you can enjoy the same user experience as if you were accessing from the web version. The app detects whether you have dark mode or light mode activated for the entire system and switches it on by default.
When you log in, you have access to your feed, where you will find posts from pages that you follow or from your friends. You can organize them in chronological order or by what Facebook's algorithm determines is most interesting to you. You can also check your notifications, accept new friend requests, post text, videos, or photos, or take a look at the Stories at the top.
In addition to the social features, with Facebook you can access Facebook Watch, Facebook Gaming, or Facebook Marketplace. Here, you can watch popular videos, video game-related content, or the second-hand market. Finally, you can also adjust your profile and privacy settings to limit the scope of everything you post on the social network.
So, if you want to enjoy Facebook natively on Windows, don't miss out on downloading Facebook for Windows.
