In various situations (in battle or in the Port), players might sometimes encounter violations of the game or Clan rules: insults, unsporting conduct, disclosure of allied positions, etc. You can report any violations you notice.
Violation Types
There are different types of violations:
- Battle chat violations
- Port chat violations
- Unsporting conduct (deliberate inaction, disclosure of allied positions, etc.)
- Nicknames, Clan names, and Clan tags that violate the game or Clan rules.
How to Report a Violation?
Players can use the in-game feedback system to report violations. To do this while in battle or right after it, right-click on the player's nickname and select “Report” from the drop-down menu. You can then select one of several violation categories:
You can use this option up to 11 times per game day.
You can also report battle or Port chat violations and unsporting conduct by filling out a Player Support request. As part of your request, make sure to specify the violator's nickname and attach screenshots and/or replays as evidence of the violation.
Please note that applications are processed automatically for some categories, so it's important to correctly specify the violating player's nickname.
Keep in mind that a special system to deal with unsporting conduct from players also exists in the game itself. If the system detects violations, the corresponding measures are taken against the violating player's account.
As for improper nicknames, Clan names, and Clan tags, such violations should be reported to Player Support.
How to Appeal a Suspension?
If you believe that a penalty against your account is unjust, please submit a request to Player Support under one of the “Appeal a suspension” categories.
