Nele Plutus shared thisWhen life moves fast, posting on LinkedIn is usually at the bottom of my the to-do list… 🚀 So, looking back at the summer, BitLab had the wonderful opportunity to take part in the Creative Business Cup finals during Copenhagen TechBBQ Besides Mattias Turovski giving an awesome pitch representing Estonia, we used the trip as a great chance to meet many potential clients and partners. We also visited NEXT UDDANNELSE KØBENHAVN where Mikk Mengel presented our solution to Danish students and professionals who gave us valuable feedback on our product. Biggest takeaway from the trip? 💡 As a regular attendee, I usually manage to make time to hear a few talks. But as a startup, the reality is very different, your entire focus shifts to networking, connecting, and pitching. Preparation is key - yet the magic often happens when you discover and connect with people you didn't plan for! A huge thank you to Eva Leemet and Loov Eesti/Creative Estonia for taking us to the Creative Business Cup and making this experience possible! ✨

Nele Plutus shared this🎉 Tallinna Ettevõtlusinkubaator / Tallinn Business Incubator is super proud to be among the finalists for the Estonian Entrepreneurship Award 2026 in the category of Entrepreneurship Enabler! The three last years have been more than intense, but thanks to our great cooperation partners and kick-ass team (including Margaret Aidla, Helen Arme, Teele Toomla, Sandra Sirp, Monika Pärnsalu, Mary Lehtmets, Kristel Mõistus) we’ve been able to support hundreds of entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to growing business!Nele Plutus shared this🎉 We’re proud to be among the finalists for the Estonian Entrepreneurship Award 2026 in the category of Entrepreneurship Enabler! This nomination recognises three years of dedicated work to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystem and support businesses at every stage of their journey – from the first idea to sustainable growth and international expansion. At Tallinn Business Incubator, we believe entrepreneurship thrives when people have access to the right knowledge, networks, and support. Over the past three years, we’ve worked to make that support accessible to a diverse range of entrepreneurs, including those in the creative and circular economy sectors. 📊 Here’s what we’ve achieved together over the past three years: ✨ 200+ entrepreneurs have participated in our pre-incubation, incubation, and growth programmes. ✨ Nearly 300 events and training sessions have brought entrepreneurs together to learn, share experiences, and build valuable connections. ✨ Around 9,000 attendances at our business events and training sessions, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and collaboration. Beyond these numbers, we’ve continued to develop new programmes, build partnerships with universities and international organisations, support emerging fields such as game development, and create new opportunities for creative entrepreneurs. In early 2026, we reached another important milestone by opening our new home – a hub for entrepreneurship, collaboration, and new ideas. Thank you to our team, mentors, partners, and, above all, the entrepreneurs who inspire us every day with their ambition and determination. 💛 Congratulations to all the finalists!

We kicked off the new season at Tallinn Business Incubator with a full and practical day of discussions, insights, real-life experiences and new connections. Throughout the day, we explored some of the key questions entrepreneurs face: how to turn a good idea into a real business, how to make AI work for you, where to find funding for growth, and how to reach the right customers with a limited marketing budget. 👏 A big thank you to all our speakers and contributors for sharing their knowledge, experience and honest perspectives: Eve Peeterson, Aleksander Gansen, Kristo Peterson, Vaido Mikheim (Startup Estonia), Heidi Kakko, Aneth Tinnus (TooEarly Ventures), Jelena Žovnikova, Timo Porval (Turunduslabor), Virko Vantsi (Haruu), Kelly Lilles (ALPA Kids 🦙), Oliver Sebastian Lamp (Sumena), Kerli Luks (Muun Health) and Tõnis Bramanis. Thank you for making the day practical, honest and inspiring – and for sharing not only the successes, but also the lessons and challenges behind them. And the day didn’t end when the presentations were over. We continued the evening with Inku After Hours. 🔥 And of course, none of this would be possible without our own dedicated and hard-working team behind the scenes. A huge thank you to our team for making it all happen! 🫢 The new season is going to be an exciting one. There are plenty of programmes, events and activities ahead, along with new initiatives and collaborations that we are looking forward to bringing to life. So if you are interested in entrepreneurship, business growth, new ideas and the Tallinn business community – definitely keep an eye on what’s coming next. We’re just getting started.

Nele Plutus shared thisMida on võimalik tasuta saada?:)Nele Plutus shared thisMida on võimalik tänapäeval tasuta saada? Kandideerida saab kuni 18.10! 🤖Lisainfo: pilotpips.com

Nele Plutus liked thisNele Plutus liked thisYesterday we hosted a practical LinkedIn workshop at Tallinn Business Incubator, led by Helen Anijalg – entrepreneur, moderator, community builder and founder of the Human Intellect podcast. The session focused on turning LinkedIn from a platform where you occasionally share updates into a strategic tool for building visibility, strengthening your personal brand, attracting new clients and creating meaningful business connections. Helen shared her personal experience, practical insights and impressive results from the past year: 📈 75% growth in followers 📈 Over 8,000% increase in engagement 🌍 More than half of her post views come from people who don't follow her yet 🤝 New clients and collaboration opportunities generated through LinkedIn During the workshop, we explored what really works on LinkedIn, how to find relevant content ideas, understand the platform's algorithm, analyse post performance and build a consistent presence without making it feel like another daily obligation. A big thank you to Helen for sharing her experience so openly, bringing real data and practical examples to the table, and inspiring participants to approach LinkedIn more strategically. And thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed to the discussions and made the workshop such an engaging experience!

Nele Plutus liked thisNele Plutus liked thisKõik algab OTSUSEST. Otsus alustada. Otsus vahetada tööd. Otsus hakata järjepidevalt trenni tegema. Alles siis saavad tulla järgmised sammud. Üks neist on muidugi järjepidevus.

Nele Plutus liked thisNele Plutus liked thisYouth Startup Summit 2026 was another winner! 🔥 On 22 October, Startup Garage and TalTech Student Managed Fund (Tudengifond) ran our 3rd Youth Startup Summit at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, and this year it went beyond our expectations. 🚀 We sold out and the venue was packed.🎉 We were aiming for 250 people and ended up with 330+. It shows there’s real traction from high schoolers and uni students to learn about the local startup ecosystem and how things actually get done in practice. This was also our first collab with the Student Fund team, and it went amazingly well. Startup Garage covered the startup ecosystem side and the Student Fund covered investing. Together it worked better than either of us could have done alone. This year we went back to basics on purpose.💡 Most people in that room didn’t have a startup yet. Plenty came with nothing but curiosity. So the whole programme was built around the very first steps: what the Estonian startup ecosystem looks like, where to begin, what to keep in mind when starting your own venture, how fundraising actually works, and how to turn an idea into something real. All of it from speakers who were mostly young themselves and had been through it first-hand. And of course, none of it happens without the people who backed us. 🙏 → Huge thanks to Tallinna linn | City of Tallinn, Specialist VC, Balsnack International Holding and BELIEF Energy Water for supporting this. → To our speakers, who made the programme what it was: Getter Voitka, Eliise Lehtsaar, Oliver Strastin, Mikko Leo Selg, Markus Palm, Linda Võeras, Mihkel Annus, Kristiina Libe, Rando Rannus, Kevin Akkermann, Karl Kiilaspää, Gren Paut, Karl-Gustav Tamberg and Sten Tamkivi. → To Alan Sakson and Henrik Urbanik for moderating and keeping the whole day on track. → And to the organising team who made it happen: Alan Sakson, Sade Kollo, Piibe Jõgi, Margaret Filippov, Jevgenia Razgonjajeva and Krisliin Rohtla. Plus a huge shoutout to all our volunteers, including the students who came over from the University of Tartu to help. 🙌 If this year proved anything, it's that events like this get bigger and better when organisations team up. ✨ We really hope YSS becomes a tradition. 🦄 Thank you to everyone who joined or helped along the way. The next events are already in the works 👀 📸 Photos by Kaur Kantsik #YouthStartupSummit #YSS2026 #StartupGarage #TalTech #EstonianStartups #entrepreneurship
