        All heat press machines include a 12-month limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering non-consumable components including the control board, wiring, internal electronics, hydraulic pump, motor, hydraulic system, structural mechanical parts, platen mounts, and frame components under normal use. Consumable and wear-and-tear items are not covered. Remote support is available via email, phone, or video. Eligible replacement parts under warranty are provided free of charge; customers are responsible for shipping costs.

        What is the difference between pneumatic and hydraulic heat presses?

        Pneumatic presses use compressed air to apply pressure and require an external air compressor. Hydraulic presses use an internal oil-pressure mechanism and do not require an air compressor.
