Doubao is the official app of this AI model developed by ByteDance, the parent company behind TikTok and CapCut, among many other apps and services. Thanks to this AI assistant, you can solve any problem you may have in a matter of seconds. Simply ask a question in the same way you would ask a person and you will get an instant response.
Log in using your phone or TikTok account
There is no need to register to use Doubao. That being said, many of the app's features are only available to registered users. Fortunately, the signing up process is very simple. If you have TikTok installed, you can simply link your account and that will be that. If you don't have TikTok, you can enter your phone number and verify it using the one-time password (OTP) you receive. Once you have registered you can create a username and change your avatar.
Customize your virtual assistant
From the Doubao options menu, which can be found by tapping the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, you will find a series of options to help you customize your experience. First, you can choose between more than twenty different voices for your AI assistant. You can also choose which language you want to receive your answers in. And finally, you can change the font size, as some users may find the default size to be too small.
An AI for all your needs
Doubao's AI allows you to perform a host of actions quickly through the buttons located at the bottom of the interface. You can ask questions on any topic, generate images and songs with AI, request medical consultations, carry out text translations, make audio recordings, or automatically read any text document. All these options are just one tap away. Of course, you can also talk completely organically with the AI.
The Chinese alternative to OpenAI and ChatGPT
Download the Doubao APK if you are looking for an alternative AI assistant to help you generate any content you want in a matter of seconds. The Doubao-1.5-pro model is also proving to be much more efficient than some of its competitors, achieving better results and consuming far fewer resources. A very interesting option in the field of AI, competing with DeepSeek, Gemini and the other AI giants.
