The pages you process
Business and Enterprise are priced on document volume: the number of pages you send through Docsumo over the month or the year.
The workflows around each document
Classification, master data lookups, checks across documents and automated workflows add to the costs. You pay for the steps your process needs.
How you'd like to pay
Pay monthly, or annually for a lower rate. Annual plans get their full credit up front to use at any time in the term; monthly credits reset each month. Multi-year deals get a further discount.

How much does Docsumo cost?
Docsumo has a free trial plan for testing on your own documents. The Business and Enterprise plans are quoted on the volume of pages you process, the features you need and whether you pay monthly or annually. Book a demo and we will send a quote for your volume.
What does the free trial include?
The free plan runs for 14 days and includes up to 1,000 pages, 10 user licences, all pre-trained document AI models, field and table extraction, the AI document reviewer, pre-built integrations, and webhooks, APIs and Excel downloads.
Are there any setup fees?
Setup fees are charged in addition to your subscription plan. The fee depends on how complex your documents are to process and how much support you need from the Docsumo team.
Is unused volume carried over to the next month?
On a monthly plan, unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. On an annual subscription, you get all your credits up front and can use them at any time during the term.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid payments by credit or debit card, and wire transfers for annual subscriptions. Auto-pay is enabled for all monthly recurring plans.
How can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade at any time by writing to success@docsumo.com. You can also cancel at any time; just notify our support team at least 30 days in advance.
What if my document type isn't listed?
Train a model on your own documents with a small set of samples. Docsumo's models learn from your data, so you choose the fields you need and get the output as JSON or Excel.
Can Docsumo handle long, multi-page files?
Yes. Auto-classification splits a multi-page upload into the documents inside it and sends each one to the right model, so you can push many documents at once.
Does Docsumo integrate with other apps?
Yes. Every plan includes API and webhook access, for intake from systems like email and for posting data to systems like your ERP. Business and Enterprise add custom third-party integrations.
Is my data safe with Docsumo?
Yes. Docsumo is SOC 2 Type 2 audited, ISO 27001 certified, and HIPAA and GDPR compliant on every plan. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your documents are not used to train shared or third-party models. AI model providers are listed as subprocessors and bound by data protection terms.
