Please note: select the quantity based on the number of units required in the order.

Examples:

How to order

1. Choose your payment method

   Pay per case at checkout, or select invoice-only checkout if you prefer to receive a monthly billing statement.

2. Add your case details

   Please include the case type, material preferences, and any additional clinical requirements with your order.

3. Case delivery

   Receive your digital files or physical items within the stated turnaround time.

Please note: cases submitted via external portals will only be accepted and processed if they have also been checked out through the LabX platform.

Shipping

If multiple delivery dates are requested for the same order, additional shipping charges may apply for separate dispatches.

Remakes Policy

Remake charges depend on the reason for the remake and will be discussed with the prescribing clinician. We design and manufacture to suit the scan and information provided. Where designs are issued for approval, and the final production matches the approved design, any remake required thereafter will be chargeable.

Turnaround Times

Crown and bridge: 10 working days

Implant restorations: 10 working days

Digital dentures: 10–14 working days

Aligners: 7 working days

Express Processing

48–72 hour turnaround available

Additional charge: £40 per unit
