Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Costa Farms! Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy and succeed with your new plant(s). Our team inspects and approves all of our plants before packaging them and shipping them fresh from our farm to your home. However, when dealing with live plants, sometimes problems occur, whether it be due to shipping delays, extreme temperatures, or rough rides. When problems do occur, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

Our plants are shipped fresh from the farm, direct to your door, within 3 days of when you place your order. Standard shipping time is 2 to 5 business days after your plant leaves our farm, though it depends on where you live.

Note that weather or other carrier delays can occur. (If this happens and your plant doesn’t arrive in good condition, just let us know so we can get you taken care of.)

Shipping (and a heat pack) is included in the price of your plant. There aren't any additional or surprise charges.

If you have a problem with your order, fill out our support ticket form and our team will work on addressing the issue and getting you a refund. Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from http://Costafarms.com . For other purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
