Over the past few months, he’s been right alongside us as Resin8 takes shape, spending time in our office, working hand in hand with the team, and connecting directly with customers on-site. Resin8, built together with Flathead Forge, is the first intelligent industrial marketplace, a place to discover, evaluate, and trade industrial assets instantly. Max plays a key role in guiding this #venture forward, bridging product development with the realities of the industry and the needs of the people who use it every day. And this smile says it all. Building something new is serious work, but it’s even more rewarding when you know the impact it can have.

Why #ideation shapes the entire #venture? Strong ventures begin with a well-defined opportunity. The ideation stage gives teams a focused understanding of the problem, the market, and the opportunity ahead. Ideation is a structured working process. We research the landscape, analyze user needs, and map opportunities that align with real business goals. This helps teams identify where value can be created and which direction deserves attention.
