We’re thrilled to celebrate Nikki Neuburger for being recognized on the Forbes’ World’s Most Influential CMOs list for 2026. Under Nikki’s visionary leadership, the team continues to inspire the world to sweat, grow, and connect through unforgettable experiences, emotive marketing campaigns, and purposeful storytelling. https://bit.ly/4wjYNX0

Last week, Linda Boff and Slma Shelbayah (She, Her, Hers) announced the 2026 Forbes World’s Most Influential CMOs - a list that recognizes the 50 marketing leaders whose impact on brands, business and culture sets them apart on a global stage - which I am honored to be included on for the second time, representing lululemon. This recognition reflects the great marketing our teams around the world are driving. It’s an important time to be reminded of the scale, impact, and relevance our brand holds in the hearts and minds of our guests and communities.   The collaboration and care behind our work over the last year has been incredible – from Studio Yet, BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells, Summer Sweat Games, Unrestricted Power™, Show Zero™, our marathon activations and yoga experiences across all regions, and impressive new store openings from Soho to Seoul (and Harajuku coming soon!). These moments have shown what is possible when we deeply understand our guests and create with them at the center. Congratulations is in order for Lynn Cheah, Katie Holt, Brian Cupps, Chelsea Achilles, Kara Schlosser, Deborah Hyun, Darin Rabb, Michelle Davies, Bill Chandler, Anaïs Terry, Neil Sharman, Pat Jeffers, Pat Young, Erin Moore, Ann Zeng and their teams - who continue to work passionately to cultivate a culture of inspiration and creativity, build the world of mindful performance, and showcase our phenomenal product every day. We are a stronger brand, business and team with this passionate and dedicated crew leading the charge.   Thank you to Lisa, Slma, and Forbes for the recognition, and to our teams, ambassadors, and partners who continue to push what’s possible for our brand and our community. Grateful to be part of this team. https://lnkd.in/gpDnbh75 #ForbesCMO

Joining a large redevelopment project transforming Oakridge Park, our latest store in Vancouver marks a return to one of our earliest hometown retail locations.  With 650,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, and one of the largest publicly accessible rooftop parks in North America, the landmark development of Oakridge Park has been years in the making. We’re excited to introduce our evolved retail design to Vancouver as we return to the shopping centre.  Jay Park, Senior Store Designer, shares that “the intention with our evolved store design is to create an inviting space that evokes a sense of community. We want our guests to feel welcome in a warm environment that reflects the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, while experiencing our latest product innovations.” The design incorporates curved fixtures and architectural elements intended to create a sense of flow, openness, and connection. Beyond the physical space, our Oakridge Park store will serve as a hub for programming and local engagement with the community.

We recently joined leaders and partners from across sectors at the Social Innovation Summit in Atlanta to explore how collaboration can drive meaningful social impact and lasting value for communities. As we mark our fifth year of partnership, we were inspired by conversations focused on social impact, mental wellbeing, and collective action. Highlights included insights from Wazhma W. from our lululemon Gives team, lululemon Mental Wellbeing Advisory Board member Dr Alfiee Breland-Noble, and lululemon Gives partners, Roadtrip Nation, UNICEF, and Cause of E.F.F.E.C.T. From mindful movements to powerful conversations and relationship building, we know that lasting impact comes from carrying these conversations forward and continuing to work with our partners to transform ideas into action. On Wednesday June 3, our store teams across North America celebrated Global Running Day, showing up for runners in so many different ways that all felt authentic, energizing, and deeply connected to the people and places around them. Over the past few days, I’ve been seeing shares from teams who pulled off incredible events and I’m so proud of what they all delivered for their communities – our stores truly bring this brand to life! Each activation took on its own local flavour while still being part of something bigger, reflecting our values of fun and connection and honouring the spirit of community that brings us all together. Moments like this are such a beautiful reflection of who we are at lululemon and a great reminder of what makes this place so special. A huge thank you to every team who created space for us to sweat together on Global Running Day.

As a Community Program Manager at lululemon you have the opportunity to own localized programming for key moments like Global Running Day. Sheldon Tucker leads our community run programming across the New York market. From large-scale brand activations and run club partnerships, to local experiences for SeaWheeze and more, his work is rooted in creating connection through movement. An avid runner himself, having recently completed his 14th marathon, Sheldon brings his firsthand experience to each activation. He understands the commitment that training requires, the excitement and nerves of race day, and the power of community support along the way. He shared that his role at lululemon has been a unique opportunity for his passion for running and professional career to intersect. Allowing him to truly live the job, he cites reaching for the Fast and Free Split Short 3” and Fast and Free Singlet before any big race. Interested in a similar role?
