Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) has reached a turning point. It's no longer ambition but commercial-scale delivery. At the recent Sustainable Aviation Futures Congress, one message stood out: scaling now depends on execution across the full value chain, from airlines and investors to policymakers. The challenge isn’t technology alone, it’s financing and bankability: securing offtake, feedstock and policy certainty. And as the industry moves beyond pilots, decarbonization is becoming a system-wide effort across fuels, infrastructure and operations. Progress will be defined by strong partnerships and proven delivery experience. We’ve signed a non-exclusive Owner’s Engineering Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Holcim to support carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) projects across cement facilities in the EU and UK. The agreement covers 14 projects, including eight supported by the European Innovation Fund. This program forms part of Holcim’s strategy to decarbonize cement production and scale carbon capture technologies in support of its net-zero ambitions. Under the agreement, Worley will provide Owner’s Engineering services, including engineering oversight, project management, and engineering integration. This scope will support the progression of projects from early-stage development through execution across multiple sites. We're supporting Lighthouse Green Fuels to move its sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) project closer to execution with the completion of front-end engineering and design (FEED). Located in Teesside, UK, the project is now the first second-generation SAF development in Europe to complete FEED.
