How do I pre-order a watch?
To pre-order a watch, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Do I have to pay upfront for a pre-order?
Yes, pre-orders require upfront payment to secure your watch.
How long will I have to wait for my watch?
Our watches are sold on a pre-order basis, meaning orders are placed a few months before delivery. The estimated delivery date is indicated on each product page.
Please be aware that this delivery date is based on the current schedules from our suppliers and logistics partners and is subject to change. We will keep you informed of any updates.
Are your prices inclusive of local duties and taxes?
Prices exclude local duties and taxes. Our watches are shipped from within the USA for US customers, and from within the UK for all other customers.
United States
For our US customers, tariffs and duties are included in the price, and all orders ship from within the United States.
United Kingdom
UK customers will be charged 20% VAT at checkout, in addition to the displayed price.
European Union
EU countries typically charge between 17% and 30% import VAT on watches shipped from outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the courier upon delivery.
Hong Kong
No import duties apply to watch shipments to Hong Kong.
Rest of World
Please check applicable local duties and taxes before placing an order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the courier upon delivery.

Where are your watches made?
Our watches are made in Switzerland.
We source individual components from all over the world and choose to work with the best artisans and suppliers, rather than limiting ourselves geographically. Components come from Switzerland, Asia, and Europe.
These are then inspected to our high standards, assembled, and undergo final quality control testing by our watchmaking partners in Switzerland.
What currency are the watches priced in?
Our watches are priced in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Do you provide a warranty?
We provide a 2 year warranty, which is valid from the date of delivery. Our 2 year warranty covers any form of mechanical fault resulting from defective production.
Accidental damage is not included in this warranty.
What is your return policy?
If your pre-order is yet to be dispatched, you can request a full refund at any time.
If you have received your order and would like to return it for a refund, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, as long as the watch is unworn.
Once it has been inspected, a refund (minus return shipping fee) will be processed. We cannot refund any customs duties or taxes paid.

Yes, shipping is included in the price.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, Ukraine and The Crimea.
What shipping services do you use?
All of our watches will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, with tracking number.
Where are you based?
We are based in London, United Kingdom. Our watches are made in Switzerland.
How do I resolve an error at checkout?
An error at checkout could be due to a multitude of factors. Please try using a different browser, device or credit card.
