Amazon Alexa

Amazon Alexa is Amazon's virtual assistant designed to simplify your daily life, manage tasks, control smart devices, and provide instant information using just your voice. With this app you not only have access to all Alexa functionalities on your cell phone, but you can also stay in control of your home and your routines.

Take control with voice commands

Amazon Alexa allows you to manage tasks and get instant answers, whether it's checking the weather, news or sports scores, setting reminders and alarms or creating shopping lists just by talking to it. Advanced speech recognition ensures that you can interact naturally without touching the screen. To interact with Alexa you can tap the "Ask Alexa" button in the bottom right of the screen. Once the chat is open you can say what you need to say, although you can also use the keyboard if you are unable to talk.

Smart device integration

The app serves as a control center for your smart home, compatible with lights, thermostats, locks, cameras and many other connected smart devices. Easily turn devices on or off and program routines, automating your home and making your daily life more comfortable and efficient. If you want to add equipment, you can do so from the Devices section by following the instructions step by step to link the device. What's great about Amazon Alexa is that it shows you which buttons or lights will be involved in the process on the screen, so that you have a visual reference and can connect devices without experiencing any difficulties.

Review the history of your Alexa Echo Dot

Another advantage of this app is that you can review everything said to the Echo Dot devices you have at home. This means you have the complete history of your conversations with Alexa in case you need to remember some important information or simply see what was said at any point.
