Just a few steps above the pool, the living room is located in a separate structure alongside the kitchen. This space can be opened fully to welcome in the Caribbean breeze or enclosed and cooled with air conditioning. A large sectional sofa invites relaxation in front of the widescreen television, with a high dining table just behind. A standout feature of the living space is a glass wine display filled with rare vintages, which also separates the lounge area from the sleek galley-style gourmet kitchen. The kitchen includes multiple preparation zones, a large gas stove and oven, and all the essentials a chef would need.

Five bedrooms are spread across various buildings surrounding the main living area. At the heart of the villa is a second modern kitchen with white lacquered surfaces, handle-free cabinetry, and a raised dining table made from white resin. Padded white barstools complete the clean and relaxed yet elegant dining setting, perfect for sharing meals, wine, and conversation.

Each of the five bedrooms is generously sized and features private entrances, parquet floors, ensuite bathrooms with wooden vanities, and direct access to terraces and gardens. The peaceful sound of the natural waterfall that flows into one of the pools enhances the serene atmosphere.

The main primary bedroom is set in its own private unit next to the living room, offering the same sweeping views from the king-size bed. Its spacious bathroom includes both indoor and outdoor showers. The second primary bedroom, located just behind the main living area, also features a king-size bed and a bathroom with a view-enhanced shower. This room provides direct access to the pool from the bed.

Two additional bedrooms are located above the second primary and can be reached via stairs behind the building. These rooms are slightly smaller but include all the same features: a television with U.S. satellite, an iPod docking station, WiFi, and ensuite bathrooms. One room includes a small king-size bed and offers a view of St Jean Bay, while the other overlooks Salines and includes twin beds that can be arranged as a king.

The fifth bedroom is located below the main living area and can be accessed by stairs from the terrace or via a private road entrance. Though it does not offer views, it is spacious and well-appointed, making it a perfect private space for teens.
